B.I.G. contributes to reforestation efforts in Peru

In collaboration with Go Forest, a company that is on a tree-planting and planet-saving mission, we will plant 3.476 new trees in the Peruvian rainforest. In alignment with our Route 2030 initiative, we aim to make a meaningful contribution to global reforestation while simultaneously empowering local communities by creating jobs and strengthening the local economy.

Wondering how we arrived at that number? Well, at B.I.G., we value some constructive feedback from all colleagues around the world. We strive to create a work environment where everyone feels at home. To gather that feedback, we encourage all employees to voluntarily participate in an engagement survey. And for each completed survey, B.I.G. pledges to plant a tree in the Peruvian rainforest!

Thanks to the big participation rate, we as B.I.G. gain a better understanding on how engaged the employees of B.I.G. are about their job and department, working conditions, personal development, management, tools & resources, etc. In addition, we also get a good understanding of where we can still improve.

Now, that's what we call a survey with impact!
