Acquisition of BTT by RCP officially completed

We are pleased to announce that the sale of BTT has been formally and successfully closed. All conditions precedent set out in the Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) signed on April 3rd, 2025, have been fully satisfied, and the Closing Memorandum has been duly signed by all parties. As of May 1st, 2025, BTT is officially part of RCP.
