Beaulieu earns EcoVadis Silver Medal, reinforcing our commitment to shaping value that lasts

Corporate

As Beaulieu International Group, we are proud to announce that we have been awarded the EcoVadis Silver Medal for 2026 - a remarkable achievement that positions our Group in the top 15% of all companies assessed worldwide, with a score placing us in the 94th percentile (or in the top 6%) - just below Gold level. The result reflects an 11‑point improvement compared to our previous evaluation, placing us just below the Gold level and marking a significant milestone on our sustainability journey.

This recognition is particularly meaningful given the scale and diversity of our Group, spanning multiple businesses, geographies, and manufacturing sites. Achieving such a score on a Group level demonstrates how deeply sustainability is embedded across our operations.

A collective achievement across the Group

Our Silver Medal is the result of strong collaboration across teams and divisions. Functions including Sustainability, SHE, Internal Audit, HR, and Procurement - together with all business units - played a vital role in supporting our continuous progress.

Their efforts strengthened our performance across EcoVadis’ four assessment pillars: Environment, Labor & Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement. This result confirms that our policies, measures, and commitments are not only in place but actively implemented throughout the Group.

Clear progress, guided by our purpose

Shaping value that lasts means building a sustainable future for our business, our people, and the planet. Sustainability has been part of who we are for years, and we continue to strengthen the foundations that drive long‑term impact. Our ambition to lead by example comes to life through our commitment to:

  • reducing our environmental footprint,
  • caring for the people and communities we touch, and
  • doing business with transparency and integrity.

Our targets are ambitious, and intentionally so. As our SHE, Sustainability and Quality Director Clara Carelli puts it: “It is better to achieve 80% of a very ambitious plan than 100% of a plan that is not worth pursuing.”

The significant score increase shows that these efforts are being recognized - and more importantly, that they are making a real difference in how we operate and create value.

Aligned with our three sustainability pillars

Creating more value with less impact on our environment
We recognize our environmental footprint and take responsibility for reducing it. Across our operations and value chain, we work to lower greenhouse gas emissions, use energy and water more efficiently, reduce waste, and increasingly design products and processes around circular principles.

Clear metrics help us monitor progress and hold ourselves - and our partners - accountable.

Putting people first
As a family-owned business, we foster a safe, healthy, and inclusive working environment where people can thrive, grow, and take on new challenges. Our people-centric mindset extends beyond our workforce to the communities surrounding our sites.

Acting with integrity
Operating across diverse countries and regulatory environments, we rely on strong governance and transparent communication to uphold ethical business conduct. Due diligence is a priority across our value chain - from human rights to legal compliance - ensuring we prevent adverse impacts and strengthen trust.

These pillars guided the many improvements recognized in our 2026 EcoVadis score.

Moving forward with ambition

Our EcoVadis Silver Medal is both a recognition and a motivation. It validates the progress we made and reinforces our commitment to go further, together with our colleagues, customers, partners, and suppliers.

We extend a sincere thank you to everyone involved for their dedication, expertise, and teamwork. This achievement belongs to all of us.
