The well-being of our employees is important to us. After all, B.I.G. wouldn't be this big without our 4,700 colleagues! That's why, at the end of 2021, we launched Energize2GROW, our well-being program that provides energy to continue growing sustainably thanks to healthy and fit colleagues.
Thanks to Energize2GROW, we want to give every employee the tools to be successful and commit to well-being at their own pace. Energize2GROW stands for advice and tips from coaches, training initiatives, local and collaborative challenges so we can grow energetically together, not only as individuals and teams, but also as a company.
It's not just words.
As B.I.G., we want to do everything we can to improve the well-being of our people. Hence the extra push that each member of our B.I.G. family received as a New Year's gift: a sports watch.
An indispensable item that can be put to good use during the worldwide step challenge that kicked off in mid-March. A first initiative of many that was launched in our international B.I.G. community.
